1.1. These terms and conditions shall apply when customers order products via our website https://ateljealtmann.com
1.2. Ateljé Altmann has the right to modify, replace or discontinue any product without prior notice.
1.3. By placing an order customers declare to understand and accept these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and payment
2.1. All prices shown on Ateljé Altmann’s website are exclusive of VAT.
2.2. Payment are all handled with manual invoice and personal respondance after the enquiry is sent.
2.3. Shipping and VAT costs are also calculated and presented after the enquiry is received.
2.4. Goods will be shipped only upon full payment from the customer.
2.5. Ateljé Altmann shall retain title to all goods delivered until complete payment of the purchase plus any interest or charges arising.
3.1. All prices shown on Ateljé Altmann’s website are without obligation and subject to confirmation.
3.2. A sales agreement between Ateljé Altmann and the customers is generated - after Ateljé Altmann has received a binding offer from the customers in form of an order placed on Ateljé Altmann’s website - through an order confirmation email, which will be sent to the customers. A mere confirmation of receipt however does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. Ateljé Altmann reserves the right to accept the order within a period of one week.
4. Delivery terms
4.1. Ateljé Altmann aims to deliver online orders within approximately 7 days of purchase, or such other period stated in the order confirmation email.
4.2. Orders are shipped using various carriers for speedy delivery depending on your location and country. Normal delivery times: Sweden: 3-4 working days, Europe: 3-6 working days, World: 5-7 working days. Exact delivery cost are presented over e-mail when the enquiry is received.
4.3. Should Ateljé Altmann – i.e., in the case of products being unavailable – be unable to deliver the order, Ateljé Altmann will inform the customers of this situation without undue delay.
4.4. In case of circumstances which are unforeseeable or not dependent on a party’s will, Ateljé Altmann is entitled to postpone the delivery for the duration of these circumstances and an adequate initial period.
4.5. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customers. Should the address provided by the customers be wrong, incomplete or contain unclear information customers will be liable for all resulting costs.
4.5. Customers shall notify the carrier, or any other person or company charged with transporting the goods immediately upon delivery of apparent transport damages or faults and receive a confirmation for doing so. Hidden transport damages or faults shall be reported to the carrier, or any other person or company charged with transporting the goods, immediately upon discovery of the damages or faults, however no later than within 7 days after the delivery of the goods. Customers shall additionally notify Ateljé Altmann of the transportation damage or fault within 4 days after the delivery of the goods or the discovery of the damages or faults. Reports should be emailed to email@example.com.
5.1. Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase (the contract) by returning goods within fourteen (14) working days upon delivery. The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Please note that you are responsible for the care of it until they reach us. Make sure to wrap the products carefully to avoid damages in transit.
5.2. Returns are first reported over email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then sent to Ateljé Altmann, Erstagatan 34, SE–11636 Stockholm
5.3. Upon receipt of the returned product, Ateljé Altmann will reimburse the order value with a deduction for the return freight.
5.4. All returns shall be sent to Ateljé Altmann in their original packaging with your full name and e-mail clearly stated. If the return package lacks appropriate information, Ateljé Altmann will reject the return.
5.5. Notwithstanding with the withdrawal rights according to these Terms and Conditions, Ateljé Altmann may withdraw from the contract if (a) circumstances occurring after the conclusion of the contract make it economically unviable or impossible for Ateljé Altmann to fulfil the contract, or (b) delivery, for reasons that are the responsibility of the customers, cannot be carried out or is unduly delayed even after the allowance of a reasonable grace period from Ateljé Altmann. In these cases, Ateljé Altmann also reserves the right to claim damages.
6.1. If Ateljé Altmann has delivered the wrong item or a damaged item, or where the shipped item has disappeared during transportation, then you shall give notice of complaint to us. Complaints shall be made to: email@example.com
6.2. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the discovery of an error or defect.
6.3. Your complaints must include at least your full name and e-mail.
6.4. Upon the approval of the complaint, payment will be refunded. Any bank transfer costs will be reducted.
7. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
7.1. All documents and sales information such as catalogues, brochures, documents and drawings, photos as well as offers, projects, any other technical documents, e.g. plans or models, and any contents on Ateljé Altmann’s website remain the intellectual property of Ateljé Altmann. Ateljé Altmann is entitled to ask to return documents. Any processing, copying, circulation and/or public reproduction other than for private use shall be deemed illegal and prohibited.
8. Data Protection
8.1. The protection and safety of customers’ data is important to Ateljé Altmann. Ateljé Altmann processes customer data only according to data protection law, with legal basis and for adequate purposes, especially to fulfil contracts and other legal obligations.
8.2. Customers enjoy data protection rights, especially the rights to access information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object and lodge complaints.
8.3. Personal information collected when you place an order is stored and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This information is treated with respect of the customers privacy.
