The project known as the Unité is designed by the architects Arrhov Frick together with Oscar Properties. Each building has its own signum, but all three buildings speak through its shape and placement with a common voice. The functional and generous housing complex lies in Stockholms Norra Djurgårdstaden. Some important inspiration comes from Le Corbusiers colour theory and the Stockholm Exhibition in 1930. The homes are bright, airy and functional with kitchens designed as a set of cabinets in lower heights to enhance the experience of space. (extract from the bookazine)
We designed the overall concept and visual identity as well as project managed the production of the main marketing materials for Unité. The centerpiece is the so called bookazine in format 50 x 70 cm, a sixteen page broadsheet magazine that encapsulates Unité's identity. The bookazine slides into a big format envelope as carrying bag. The Unité's akzent mark – the horizontal line – became the punched out hole for carrying the envelope.
