Pixbo was designed by Peter Bruhn together with Propeller Design AB. The aim was to create a typeface that works well as an exterior font on the new car models as well as being complimentary to the main brands SAAB and Cadillac that were owned by General Motors

Instead of just handing over the font files digitally to the client, we decided to create a type specimen book that explains visually the typeface in all its weights. The font family got introduced together with beautiful environmental photographs from Ellinor Hall that capture the rural surroundings of Pixbo, where SAAB’s design center was placed. This project was done while working as a Senior AD at Propeller Design AB.
